Job Title - Front Desk Executive

Location- Noida, Sector 36, Skinfinity Derma Clinic.

Salary- ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + incentives.

Job Timing - 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Job Description -

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Executive to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities-

  • Greet and welcome patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails

  • Manage appointments, schedule, and reschedule as needed

  • Handle patient registration, data entry, and record-keeping

  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain cash handling procedures

  • Provide information about services, treatments, and products to patients

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements -

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

  • Basic knowledge of dermatology and skincare services is a plus
