**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Profile**: Guest Relation Executive

**Location**: Noida sec 125

**Experience**: 1- 4 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managed daily front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and client inquiries.
- Assisted in maintaining accurate client records and ensuring smooth communication between clients and veterinary staff.
- Trained new staff members on front desk procedures and customer service.
- Developed an efficient filing system for client documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
