**Job Title**: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

**Department**: Front Office / Guest Services
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager
**Supervises**: None (individual contributor role)

**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and ensuring a personalized and memorable stay. GREs act as the liaison between the hotel and the guest, especially VIPs, long-stay, and repeat guests, helping to build guest loyalty and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome VIP, long-stay, and returning guests with personalized service.
- Provide seamless check-in/check-out support and assist with room preferences and upgrades.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and quick resolution.
- Coordinate special arrangements like anniversaries, birthdays, or surprises in advance.
- Assist in managing guest history and preferences using the PMS or CRM systems.
- Work closely with the concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and F&B to coordinate personalized experiences.
- Ensure lobby presence to greet and interact with guests proactively.
- Promote hotel services, outlets, and offers to guests.
- Collect guest feedback through surveys or face-to-face interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and preferences.
- Assist in emergency protocols and guest support during crises.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- experience in front office or guest services roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and additional languages (preferred).
- Professional grooming and confident demeanor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
