**Summary**:
The Guest Relationship Manager (GRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that each visitor receives exceptional service. The GRM will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with guests, addressing their needs, and providing personalized services to create memorable experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement**:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and offer assistance throughout their visit.
- Actively communicate with guests to understand their preferences and requirements.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Resolve any issues or complaints swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and VIP clients.
- Implement loyalty programs and personalized services to encourage repeat visits.
- **Collaboration**:
- Liaise with various departments (front desk, housekeeping, dining, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in organizing events, special requests, and accommodation arrangements for guests.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction trends and suggest enhancements to services.
- **Training and Development**:
- Train and mentor staff on guest relationship best practices and service excellence.
- Support team members in delivering top-notch customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
