Guest Relation Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Provide information about menu and other services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming resevations, taking take away orders)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
