**Job Overview**:
As a **Guest Relations Executive** ( Female Preferred ) at Oasis Bakalwa, you will be the face of our brand — responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. You will handle all guest interactions with care, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and assist in product recommendations.
- Address guest concerns, feedback, or complaints with patience and prompt solutions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Follow up with guests post-service to ensure their satisfaction and invite feedback.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions.
- Ensure the outlet ambiance (cleanliness, music, fragrance) reflects brand standards.
- Maintain a record of regular guests and personalize their experience where possible.
- Handle telephonic inquiries, pre-orders, and reservations.
- Represent the brand values of warmth, hospitality, and quality at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in guest relations, front desk, or hospitality customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, calm, and professional approach in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kamla Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
