- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and strive to resolve issues to enhance the guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years experience in customer service or client relations, into hospitality or in real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
