**Responsibilities -**

1. Ensuring that parents and children have a positive experience during their visit by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

2. Managing and coordinating all aspects of guest relations at the play area, including front desk services, membership and loyalty programs, birthday parties and other guest service areas.

3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective guest relations services, including safety and security protocols.

4. Monitoring and managing guest complaints and incidents, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in guest relations, and continuously striving to improve the guest experience.

6. Creating and publishing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the play area's target audience, such as parents, caregivers, and children.

7. Must have excellent communication skills, be creative and innovative, and have a understanding of social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
