Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming experience.

Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback courteously and professionally.

Provide information on movie showtimes, seating options, facilities, and ongoing promotions.

Ticketing & Box Office Assistance:
Assist with ticket purchases and reservations, both online and in-person.

Manage seating arrangements and advise guests on seat availability, especially during peak hours.

Promotions and Upselling:
Inform guests about current promotions, special screenings, and loyalty programs.

Upsell premium services, including special seats, food packages, and merchandise.

Location: Indore

Industry: Cinema & Entertainment

Pay: ₹20,344.49 - ₹25,055.03 per month
