We are currently seeking a polished and experienced **Female Guest Relations Executive (GRE)** to represent our sales office in Thane.

**Job Summary**:
The **GRE** will be responsible for front-office management, welcoming and assisting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a professional and comfortable environment at the sales office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs and assist with basic office documentation.
- Oversee hospitality arrangements such as refreshments for client meetings.
- Provide front desk and basic administrative support to the team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Preferred Graduate** in any discipline.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in front office/guest relations (real estate or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Proficient in **MS Office** and general computer use.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
