**Position Overview**:
As a Guest Relations Executive at Inox, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our guests during their visit to our cinemas. You will provide personalized assistance, address guest inquiries, and uphold our high standards of hospitality. **Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests to the cinema and assist with ticket purchases, seating arrangements, and other inquiries.
- Provide information about movie showtimes, special promotions, and cinema facilities.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, such as arranging special accommodations or assisting with accessibility needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and guest areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ticket sales, cash handling, and maintaining guest records.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and implementing appropriate measures.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Guest relations: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Hotel management: 1 year (required)
