**Job Description**:
As a Guest Relation Executive in the cinema industry, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will be the face of the cinema, interacting with guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests warmly as they enter the cinema premises.

2. Provide information about movie showtimes, ticket availability, and special promotions.

3. Assist guests with ticket purchases, seating arrangements, and any special requests.

4. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, aiming for swift resolution.

5. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the lobby area and other guest-facing areas.

6. Monitor guest feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the management team.

7. Collaborate with other departments such as concessions and ushering to ensure a seamless guest experience.

8. Upsell premium services such as VIP seating, concessions combos, or loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

9. Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism at all times.

10. Stay updated on movie releases, special events, and cinema policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cinema schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency for ticketing and guest management systems.
