**Job Overview**:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service, addressing guest concerns, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest needs. The GRE serves as the primary point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- **Guest Satisfaction**:

- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct regular courtesy calls and follow-ups to check on guest satisfaction.
- **Personalized Service**:

- Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, including preferences, special requests, and feedback.
- Offer personalized recommendations and services based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute reports on guest satisfaction and complaints to management.
- Assist with managing guest reservations and bookings as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Assist with training new staff on guest relations standards and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles in hospitality is preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
