**Job Title**: Guest Relations Executive (Lounge & Bar Experience)

**Location**: Thane West
**Department**: Guest Services / Lounge & Bar
**Reporting To**: Lounge Manager / Food & Beverage Manager

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relations Executive (GRE) with proven experience in lounge and bar settings. The GRE will ensure a premium guest experience by providing exceptional service, managing guest expectations, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and waiting lists during peak hours.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and promptly attended to within the lounge and bar.
- Build rapport with guests, handle special requests, and address any concerns or complaints immediately and professionally.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and lounge/bar events.
- Coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
- Assist in managing VIP guests, loyalty members, and special event clientele.
- Support the lounge and bar team in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Ensure the lounge and bar area is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and feedback for reporting and service improvement.
- Participate in promotional activities and upselling initiatives to enhance revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a guest relations/front-of-house role, preferably in a lounge, bar, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Enthusiastic, service-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
