**Role Summary**

To manage the Sales & Distribution responsibilities in the allocated Sales Territory like appointment&service to the Distributor/Super/Sub/Trade, manage primary and secondary sales, manage stocks purchase, inventory and collections, work with and train the team of Sales Representatives through effective sales calls, extensive market visit and relationship with customers.

**Key Duties &Responsibilities**
- Distribution Planning - Identify new territories, identify and appoint new stockist or replacement
- Coverage planning - Identify list of outlets for coverage and organize Routes, maintain call records for self and team, Key outlets to be covered directly
- Distributor management - Manage inventory, outstanding, claims settlement, monitor primary and secondary orders
- Trade management - Visit all routes as per planned Journey Plan, build relationship with key dealers, plan and run effective trade promos and merchandising, track and monitor team call making for effective range selling, monitor trade outstanding, collect competition data, monitor consumer complaints and share with management
- Team management - Set and track monthly targets, continuous on field training of SR, prepare and submit requires weekly/monthly reports to management

**Skills**:

- Domain knowledge - Sales and Distribution
- Problem solving skills - Good in Aptitude/Calculations (Maths, Logical reasoning)
- Good in vocal communication (Vernacularand English)
- Persuasive skills (Negotiation, Convincing etc.
- Experience in MS Office, SFA (Sales Force Automation)/DMS (Distributor Management System) (preferred)

**Min. Requirement**:

- Graduate, (MBA preferably)
- FMCG, FMCD, Retail - From Tier 2 or 3 established companies (> 100 cr Annual turnover) with the required Territory knowledge
- Must have Two Wheeler
- Should have handled a team of representatives preferably
- Notice period to join - 30 to 45 days, earlier the better

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
