- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Continental dishes
- Oversee kitchen operations during shifts

- Train and guide junior kitchen staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines
- Leadership qualities and ability to multitask under pressure

**2. Commi 3 - Indian & Continental Section**

**Vacancies**: 1
**Salary**: ₹13,000/month + 2 Points Service Charge

We are looking for a motivated **Commi 3** to assist in both **Indian and Continental food preparation**. This role is ideal for someone starting out in the culinary field and eager to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support chefs in basic food prep and kitchen operations
- Clean and organize kitchen workstations
- Assist in storing and handling ingredients
- Follow hygiene and food safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen
- Basic understanding of Indian and/or Continental cooking techniques

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,172.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
