To assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Continental cuisine, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to the success of the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
1. Prepare and cook Continental dishes to perfection.

2. Follow recipes and menus planned by the Executive Chef.

Kitchen Operations:
1. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in assigned areas.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Hotel Management or Culinary Arts diploma/degree.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Experience in a 4/5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.

**Skills**:

- Continental cuisine expertise.
- Knife skills and food presentation.
- Time management and organization.
- Teamwork and communication.

Physical Demands:

- Stand for long periods.
- Lift up to 25 kg.
- Work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.

Work Schedule:
