**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Food Preparation & Cooking**
- Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes as per menu and standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Support in garnishing, plating, and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain correct cooking techniques, portion control, and adherence to quality standards.

**2. Kitchen Organization & Cleanliness**
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food ingredients following food safety standards.
- Assist in daily cleaning and sanitizing of utensils, tools, and surfaces.

**3. Stock Management & Ingredient Preparation**
- Prepare ingredients for daily operations (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats, making sauces).
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.

**4. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively and assist colleagues during busy hours.
- Attend daily briefings and follow directions from senior chefs.

**5. Learning & Skill Development**
- Show enthusiasm for learning new continental cooking techniques.
- Observe and assist senior chefs to gain practical experience.
- Continuously strive to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

**6. Quality Control & Standards**
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Immediately report any quality issues to senior kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a continental kitchen preferred (Commis I / II / III level).
- Strong passion for food and cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
