**Job Summary**:
The Chef de Partie (CDP) - Continental is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes from the continental menu are prepared to the highest standard. The CDP will supervise junior staff, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty - Continental cuisine.
- Manage and train Demi CDPs and Commis in the section.
- Ensure daily food preparation meets production and quality standards.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist in the creation of menu items, recipes, and development.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and other sections for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as CDP or equivalent in a Continental kitchen.
- Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent certification.
- Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Job Summary**:
The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Continental supports the CDP in preparing and cooking continental dishes. This role is hands-on and focused on learning and perfecting techniques, contributing to efficient kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist CDP in preparing and presenting dishes for the continental section.
- Follow recipes and instructions with accuracy.
- Ensure mise-en-place is prepared as per kitchen standards.
- Help maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Check quality of ingredients and report any issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work closely with Commis chefs and guide them as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in continental cuisine.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
