We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to oversee **sales operations, vendor coordination, order processing, and customer interactions** within the IT domain.

**Job Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesPortal & Order Management**
- Manage sales activities on **Dell Portal, HP/HPE Portals, and other OEM platforms**.
- Process **quotes, orders, and renewals** through these portals.

**IT Hardware & Software Knowledge**
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, including **desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, workstations, servers, storage, networking, firewalls, and IT spare parts**.
- Familiarity with software solutions such as **Veeam, VMware, and Microsoft products**.

**Pricing & Renewals**
- Send renewal inquiries to **OEMs** and manage the renewal process.
- Negotiate pricing with **local vendors, OEMs, and distributors** to ensure competitive rates.

**Order & Delivery Coordination**
- Track **sales orders** and ensure timely **material delivery**.
- Coordinate with **vendors, OEMs, and distributors** for seamless execution.

**Customer Interaction & Sales Support**
- Handle **customer queries** related to orders, pricing, and quotations.
- Send quotations and support the **sales team** with customer inquiries.

**Procurement & Internal Coordination**
- Send **purchase inquiries** and follow up until pricing is finalized.
- Work closely with **billing, procurement, logistics, support, accounts, and vendor registration** teams.
- Track **internal orders and payments**, if required.

**Tender & Auction Support**
- Assist the **Sales Manager** in **participating in auctions** and preparing **tender documents**.

**Skills & Qualifications**

✔ **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** in sales coordination or a similar role.
✔ **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of **IT hardware and software solutions**.
✔ **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate with **vendors, OEMs, and distributors**.
✔ **Sales Coordination**: Experience in handling **portals, order processing, and delivery tracking**.
✔ **Multitasking & Coordination**: Ability to **manage multiple tasks** and work with cross-functional teams.

**Notice Period**: Immediate / 30 / 45 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
