**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the sales team with backend coordination and reporting
- Manage client queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain and update sales records and databases using MS Excel
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure smooth communication and project flow
- Prepare and share timely follow-up reports and client updates
- Assist in pre
- and post-sales activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or sales/customer service coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, basic formulas, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales coordination is a plus
