- Prior experience with CRM software

**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to assist in coordinating various sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Sales Reports**: Generate and analyze sales reports to assist the sales team in identifying trends and opportunities.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
