**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

Location: Borivali

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to provide vital support to our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will assist in streamlining sales operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments. This role is integral to maintaining smooth workflows and achieving sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM systems.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Address customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

**3. Reporting & Documentation**
- Generate regular sales reports, including metrics like revenue, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain organized documentation of sales activities and agreements.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
- Ensure all sales team members have access to up-to-date resources, including promotional materials and price lists.

**5. Market Research & Insights**
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to assist the sales team.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes or expanding the customer base.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
