**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai**

**Experience: 2 to 5 years**

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals, creating documents for Request for Proposals (RFPs), and proactively following up with clients. Your ability to effectively manage and coordinate sales-related activities will contribute to the success of our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations and proposals for potential clients.
- Has experience in Tendering
- Assist in the creation of documents and presentations for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales-related documents and communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Follow up with clients to gather additional information, provide updates, and address any queries.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information for sales proposals.
- Maintain a professional and organized approach to all sales coordination activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of quotation and proposal submission processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Tender and Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
