**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator (Backend)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, accounts, and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules
- Handle customer queries related to orders, product information, and documentation
- Maintain records of sales leads, follow-ups, and status updates
- Coordinate between sales executives and customers for smooth communication
- Track inventory availability and coordinate reorders with the purchase department
- Support in preparation of sales presentations and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or backend sales support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
