**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports, customer databases, and inventory.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and pricing.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and assist in developing strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Assist in managing product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and sales projections.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles is a plus.
