**Education **:Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

**Main Objective**

The Sales Ops and Coordination Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing various operational and coordination tasks. This role requires a combination of organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure smooth sales processes and collaboration within the sales department.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

**Sales Operations**:

- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales-related processes.

**Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between sales teams and other internal departments.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Facilitate communication between sales representatives and other teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to the sales team.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Analyze and report on customer and sales data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare and review sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and materials.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve operational issues affecting the sales team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Ø Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Ø Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ø Some experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
