**Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator**

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities and provide support to the sales team.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and sales-related documents.
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Liaise between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
