**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Mainly, they will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales department.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support:
Coordinate sales team activities and provide administrative support.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documentation. Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
- Customer Relations:
Handle inquiries and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
- Data Analysis:
Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare reports. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate data-driven insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Communication:
Act as a point of contact for the sales team, clients, and internal departments.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be Open to travel

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Gender: Male / Married Female
- Compensation: 40-50K
