**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Borivali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Process orders, manage documentation, and ensure all sales data is accurately recorded.
- Track order status, follow up with clients on pending issues, and provide updates to the sales team.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and communicate resolution strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations as required.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Generate sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Track and manage inventory levels to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- **Coordination with Internal Departments**:

- Liaise with the marketing, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
- Coordinate promotional and sales activities with the marketing department.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate billing and invoicing of orders.
- **Sales Data Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist the sales team in preparing monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to help the sales team achieve targets.
- **Event and Campaign Coordination**:

- Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics and materials needed for promotional activities.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
