**Role Overview**:
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams. They play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives.

Location: Borivali

Experience: 1-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and correspondence.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
- **Order Management**:

- Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and update customers on order status.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Schedule and organize sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments to align efforts.
- Communicate promotional offers, product updates, and company policies to the sales team.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track sales targets and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Generate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving their quotas and objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales coordination, administrative roles, or related fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve customer or operational issues promptly.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
