Our company prides itself on providing top-quality products to meet the evolving needs of our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, coordinating and planning deliveries, and working to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, handling order processing on Tally ERP, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.QualificationsCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsHigh attention to detailExperience with Tally ERP or Tally CertificationStrong Communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentPrior experience in sales support or a related role is a plusAbility to work in high pressure environment.What we offer:Standardized pay scale based on experience and merit.Salary for 18 months of experience starts from INR 16,369 per month (in hand)Opportunity for fast career growth.Additional Benefits of PF and ESIC.Rotational program with a learning opportunity across multiple processes
