Our company prides itself on providing top-quality products to meet the evolving needs of our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator Lead located in Mumbai. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, coordinating and planning deliveries, and working to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, handling order processing on Tally ERP, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.QualificationsCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong ability for note-taking and tracking Leadership experienceHigh attention to detailExperience with Tally ERP or Tally CertificationStrong Communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to work in high pressure environment.What we offer:Standardized pay scale based on experience and merit.Starting salary of INR 27,500 per monthOpportunity for fast career growth.Additional Benefits of PF and ESIC.
