**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents, contracts, and orders.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless communication and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance data, and sales pipeline updates.
- **Order Management**:
- Process incoming sales orders, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and accurate.
- Liaise with customers to confirm orders, handle order-related inquiries, and track delivery progress.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure product availability and timely shipping.
- Ensure that all customer orders are entered into the system accurately and that delivery timelines are met.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, or any post-sale inquiries.
- Ensure that all customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Generate sales reports on a weekly or monthly basis to track sales performance, revenue, and pipeline progress.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, helping to track targets, growth metrics, and potential sales trends.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities, areas for improvement, or changes in customer behavior.
- **Sales Coordination & Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Support the sales team in managing appointments, client visits, and presentations.
- Ensure that sales activities are well-organized and aligned with team priorities and company goals.
- **Sales Documentation & Compliance**:
- Prepare and maintain sales documents, including contracts, quotes, and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements and ensure that contracts are properly signed and filed.
- Monitor and ensure that all sales-related documents are completed on time and stored in the correct system for future reference.
- **Coordination of Sales Events & Promotions**:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, product launches, or promotions.
- Help manage promotional materials, campaigns, or offers to support sales initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, or customer events as required.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that important information is shared in a timely manner.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and help track leads, inquiries, and customer communications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles within a sales environment (preferably in B2B or B2C).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and managing documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and an understanding of customer service principles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
