Loratis SetMyCareer seeks ambitious and driven Sales Specialists to assist and join our dynamic sales team as **Inside Sales Associates.** We are specifically looking for individuals with up to **2 to 3 years of experience** in **sales **in **EdTech companies** and who wish to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, diverse, and rewarding environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential leads through various outreach channels (eg; cold calling)
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our career services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (internships or entry-level positions)
- Proficient in English and Hindi languages
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools (eg; LeadSquared)
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to **work 6 days a week from the office.**:

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
