**Inside Sales Associate - Fresher**

As an **Inside Sales Associate**, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of sales, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Clearly articulate product/service information and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh Graduate**: Graduated in **2024 or 2025**.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both **English and Hindi** (verbal and written).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- **Enthusiasm**: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- **Immediate Joiner**: Ability to start immediately.
- **Location**: Willingness to work from our **MG Road** office.
