About UsAt PyjamaHR we re on a mission to transform the recruitment landscape using the power of artificial intelligence As a leading Applicant Tracking System provider we aim to disrupt traditional hiring processes by making them more efficient effective and equitable Our team of 20 is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that empower companies to find and hire the best talent seamlessly Learn more about us at pyjamahr com About the roleThe Inside Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by driving sales directly from the office This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers nurturing leads and converting them into long-term clients The Inside Sales Associate contributes significantly to creating lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions By working closely with the sales team marketing and customer service this role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service resulting in increased revenue and brand loyalty Given the fast-paced and ever-evolving nature of the sales environment the Inside Sales Associate must be adaptable goal-oriented and possess excellent communication skills A successful associate will continually strive to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering a positive company culture and enhancing clients experience with our products and services Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers by providing product demonstrations and information Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs Build and maintain strong client relationships driving revenue growth through account retention upselling and cross-selling opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry trends Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team objectives Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market dynamics Assist in conducting product training sessions for new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Proven experience in inside sales or related sales experience Proficiency in CRM software e g Salesforce HubSpot Strong communication skills both Hindi and English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry developments Quick learner adaptable to changing business needs Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment A self-motivated and results-driven attitude Previous experience in customer service is an advantage Benefits PerksPyjamaHR offers an array of benefits including competitive salaries equity options free food and beverages and weekly team outings
