**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting Head Chef**: Work closely with the head chef to plan menus, create new dishes, and develop recipes. Execute the head chef’s vision while providing input and creative ideas.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- **Staff Supervision**: Direct and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, line chefs, and kitchen assistants. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Maintain accurate records of food and ingredient costs.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all dishes meet quality and consistency standards. Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Menu Development**: Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the head chef to create innovative and appealing dishes.
- **Safety and Hygiene**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchen. Ensure compliance with health codes, HACCP guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
- **Cost Management**: Assist in controlling food and labor costs, optimizing efficiency, and maximizing profitability. Monitor portion sizes, minimize waste, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among kitchen staff. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
