Job Description Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Bengaluru. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, including overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The role involves creating and updating menus, monitoring inventory, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. Qualifications - Strong culinary skills in food preparation, food presentation, and creative menu planning - Experience in managing kitchen operations and supervising staff effectively - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams - Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred - Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant
