
Telesales Operative

As a Telesales Representative, your primary role will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our products/services, and close sales. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads.
- Provide product/service information and answer questions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Positive attitude and a team player.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
