Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative educational newspaper designed to make learning fun and engaging for students from Kindergarten to Class VIII. With unique formats like Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, Coded, and 3D Optical Mediums, we bring curriculum-based content to life for school children across India.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Associate to help us expand our presence in schools nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive sales via calls, emails, and social media
  • Engage with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through telesales and email marketing
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service
  • Conduct follow-ups to drive successful deal closures
  • Ensure client retention by maintaining long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Understanding of the educational sector is preferred
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic
