**Job Description -**Telesales / Telemarketing Executive
**Designation**:Telesales / Telemarketing Executive
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Telemarketing Manager
**Job Purpose**
The Telesales / Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relations, database management, and achieving assigned sales/telecalling targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1.**Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
**2.** Sales Conversion
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Follow up with leads to close sales or schedule meetings for field sales executives.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
**3.** Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate customer database and call records in CRM/Excel.
Handle objections professionally and resolve basic customer queries.
Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
**4.** Coordination
Work closely with field sales executives for appointment setting and follow-ups.
Share daily call reports, lead status, and sales updates with the manager.
**5.**Market Feedback
Gather customer feedback and share with management.
Identify trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer needs.
**Required Skills**:
Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language as required).
Good persuasion and negotiation ability.
Telephone etiquette and polite behavior.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Minimum Graduate.
1-3 years of telesales / telemarketing / call center experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
Number of calls made per day.
Leads generated and qualified.
Appointments set for sales team.
Conversion rate from lead to sale.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
**Salary & Benefits (Indicative)**
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience & industry).
Incentives/Commissions: Based on sales targets achieved.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
