**Job Overview**:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our platform by engaging with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, effectively communicate our value proposition, and facilitate the onboarding process for new businesses on our platform. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing our platform and services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly Goals.
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system/Excel sheets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce (B.Com), or related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
