**Job Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as **Customer Support Executives**. As the first point of contact for customers using our food delivery platform, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and satisfying. This part-time opportunity is ideal for those looking to work flexible hours while making a real difference in the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and other delivery-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution efficiency, and satisfaction scores.
- Share insights and feedback to help improve customer support processes.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
- Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Availability for flexible part-time shifts (9 AM TO 5:30 PM, 4:30 PM TO 10:30 PM)
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- **Fluency in Malayalam is required.**

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
