**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team*
*

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving day-to-day customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the performance of all customer-related operations and provide progress and status reports.
- Assisting other departments on small administration tasks
- Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within the department
- Working hours 11am to 8pm (UAE TIME) 5 days a week.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Fluent in English is a must both verbal and written
- Education: University graduate
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Experience: minimum 1-year experience.
- Excellent writing, communication and time management skills
