We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle our eCommerce orders and ensure a smooth experience for our customers — from order receiving to delivery follow-up and feedback collection. The role also includes maintaining and updating our website with product listings, stock availability, and ongoing offers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Track deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Update product listings, stock availability, prices, and offers on the website.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support online promotions and offer updates in coordination with the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or customer support (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, website management tools).
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
