**Job Title**:Social Media Customer Executive

Location**:Hilite Business Park, Calicut**

**Salary**:₹10,000 - ₹13,000 per month

**Shift**: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media
- Provide customer support and resolve complaints
- Understand customer needs and make sales recommendations
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Foster a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in CRM systems and computer skills
- Knowledge of sales skills is a plus
