**Position**: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

**Location**: Kolkata, India

**Duration**: 3-4 months (with possibility of extension)

**Stipend**: 9000-10000

**About Us**:OPTO Marketing Co. Pvt. Ltd. is a 40 years old company manufacturing electrical and electronics products which are required as power protection equipment in both domestic and industrial segments. We are active in West Bengal and also cater to other Eastern India states including North Eastern India.

We are looking for an enthusiastic BDE Intern, intending to build his career in techno-commercial Sales, to support our business development team in driving growth and expanding our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market trends.
- Support the business development team in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Participate in meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with client information and interactions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content.
- Contribute to the development of strategic business initiatives.
- Participate in customer meet, exhibition and trade fairs

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in electrical and electronics technology solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Science graduate
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or projects).
