We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our growing team. The sales and marketing intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, etc. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

To be successful as a sales & marketing intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding sales interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
l Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

l Conducting research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.

l Calling potential leads and setting appointments.

l Updating documents and sales records.

l Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.

l Observing and carrying out sales processes.

l Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.

**Requirements**:
l High school diploma or similar.

l Degree in marketing, business will be an asset.

l Strong self-motivation.

l Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

l Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali.

l Ability to cope with rejection.

l Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

l Good interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
