Job Title: Marketing and Sales Intern

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work From Office)

Work Days: Monday Saturday

Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline

(Marketing/Business/Sales preferred).

Eligibility: Only graduates of 2024 and 2025 who are looking for an internship to permanent role are eligible to apply.

Stipend: 1.8 LPA – 2.43 LPA + Performance-based incentives (uncapped)

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head

Internship Duration: 3 months (Internship to Full-Time)

Experience: Freshers welcome No prior experience required.

Key Learning Areas:

  • Interact with warm leads (students); learn how to conduct a needs analysis and offer suitable services.
  • Gain experience in trust-building through communication, marketing, and soft sales strategies.
  • Learn how to manage and follow up on a lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM updates and generating weekly performance summaries.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and outreach efforts.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Connect with warm leads and understand their goals.
  • Shadow team members to learn effective communication, sales, and conversion strategies.
  • Support the team in pipeline management, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in performance reporting and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the flow from marketing to service delivery.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
